Terms of Service

Welcome to Posty. These terms govern your use of the service. By creating an account, you accept these terms in full.

1. What Posty is

Posty is a content automation service for Instagram: we generate ideas, texts and designs for your business and publish or schedule them only with your authorization. You always have the final say on what gets published on your account.

2. Account and access

• You must provide a valid email and keep your password secret.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You can connect your professional Instagram account (Business or Creator) to enable publishing. You can disconnect it whenever you want from Settings.

3. Plans and payments

• Plans are billed monthly in advance through MercadoPago (automatic debit).
• Current prices are shown in the plans section and may be updated; changes apply from the next billing cycle.
• By subscribing you authorize the recurring debit until you cancel.

4. Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from "My plan" inside the app or from your MercadoPago account.
• When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period already paid. There are no partial refunds for current periods.

5. Referral program

• Every user has a personal referral link. If 2 people subscribe with your link and keep their subscription active, you get 50% off your plan.
• The discount is lost if any of your referrals cancels their subscription.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the program (fake accounts, self-referrals).

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Posty to:

• Publish illegal, misleading or discriminatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Spam or manipulate Instagram metrics.
• Attempt to breach the service's security or access other people's accounts.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or Instagram/Meta policies.

7. Content and intellectual property

• The content you generate with Posty (texts, designs, ideas) is yours: you can use it freely on your Instagram and other channels.
• You grant us a limited license to show generated pieces as examples of the service (always anonymously or with your explicit permission).
• Posty's brand, design and code are our property.

8. Availability and limitations

• Publishing to Instagram depends on Meta's official API; if Instagram is down or changes its rules, there may be delays beyond our control.
• The service is provided "as is", without implied warranties beyond what applicable law requires.
• Our maximum liability is limited to what you paid in the last 3 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; important changes will be communicated inside the app or by email. Continued use implies acceptance.
